Refund policy

At Vistara Nexus, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
